Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in Delaware, and the judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
